Terms & Conditions

The booking is between the operator “Execudrive UK2Europe” (operator) and the person who has made the enquiry and has given us this email address (customer). The customer agrees to the terms set out here.

The booking of this journey is not between the driver and customer.We are a Private Hire operator who operates within London only. We only accept pre-booked bookings. A booking can be taken over the phone or over email, both ways you will receive an email confirmation. If you don’t receive an email of confirmation the booking is not confirmed to go ahead. The agreed price above (fair) is for the journey detailed above only. Any extra journeys which are not previously mentioned above are subject to extra charge, an estimate on the entire journey will be given - this will be agreed between the operator and customer.All vehicles are owned by the respective drivers, or legal agreements are in place for drivers to operate vehicles they drive. Vehicles are expected to be maintained and cleaned to a very good standard.   The booking will be carried out in a London licensed PHV by a London licensed driver. For any type of complaint, please email or call us on the telephone voice contact. In some cases you do have the right to cancel the booking, in such instance you can email us back or call the telephone voice contact. We the operator take responsibility for anything that may occur during the journey. We are currently not VAT registered, so we do not charge VAT on any bookings.
